Salama leverages artificial intelligence to recognize user details, display visa statuses of dependents, and notify residents of approaching expiry dates. The renewal request is processed instantly, and the updated visa can be downloaded directly from the system.
Enhancing Efficiency Through Technology
Previously, renewing a Dubai visa could take anywhere from one to three hours, depending on the submission of documents. With Salama, this timeframe has been drastically reduced to just one to two minutes when all required information is in place.
