We provide consultancy and support services for business establishment in the UAE, including but not limited to:

• Bank account opening assistance
• Corporate secretarial services

3.1 Engagement of Services

When you engage our services, a separate service agreement or engagement letter will be provided outlining scope of work, service fees and payment terms, timeline and deliverables, and specific terms applicable to your project.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Submit all required documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
• Pay all agreed fees on time
• Not engage in any illegal or prohibited business activities

4.1 Service Fees

Service fees will be quoted based on type of business setup (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore), number of visas required, business activities and license type, and additional services requested.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
• Initial deposit required to commence work
• Payments must be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods
• All fees are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%) unless stated otherwise

4.3 Government Fees

Government fees charged by UAE authorities (DED, Freezone authorities, MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA) are separate from our service fees and are subject to change by government authorities without notice, payable directly to authorities or through us, non-refundable once paid to authorities, and your responsibility regardless of application outcome.

5.1 No Guarantee of Approval

We cannot guarantee that your business license will be approved by authorities, visa applications will be approved, or applications will be processed within specific timeframes. Approval decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities. We provide consultancy and facilitation services only.

5.2 Regulatory Changes

UAE regulations, fees, and requirements may change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of changes affecting your application, but we are not liable for regulatory changes beyond our control or additional costs resulting from regulatory changes.

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate our services by providing written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for fees for work completed, any non-refundable costs incurred, and government fees already paid.

7.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments when due, provide false or misleading information, or engage in illegal activities.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

9.2 Jurisdiction

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
