twofour54 is Abu Dhabi's free zone for media, gaming and entertainment. The name comes from the emirate's map coordinates, 24 degrees north and 54 degrees east. It has run the capital's creative community for over 15 years.
It works differently from an industrial or trade zone. twofour54 is regulated by the Creative Media Authority and is part of ADNEC Group. Its home is Yas Creative Hub, the region's first purpose-built media and gaming campus.
The zone licenses one broad field: creative work. Content creators, gaming studios, production houses, broadcasters and agencies set up here. Companies come for the creative ecosystem and the studios, not for the cheapest licence.
