Types of Companies:
Gwadar Free Zone allows you to establish two types of companies. Both have unique benefits and require different documentations.
The New Company is basically an LLC company within the free zone, which allows both single shareholder and multiple shareholders. The minimum capital required for setting up a New Company is $500,000. The required documents should be submitted to the Gwadar Free Zone Company (GFZC).
To set up a branch company, the branch office of a foreign company should have valid registration outside Pakistan or if the parent company is in Pakistan, it should have valid registration within the country. No initial capital is there, although the one-time registration of 1,500 US Dollars is required for Branch Company. The required documents for company registration should be submitted to the GFZC.
